- MTB Digital Solutions provides direct-to-film (DTF) printing services for custom apparel and merchandise.
- We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
- Product descriptions, pricing, and availability are subject to change without notice.
Artwork & File Submissions
- You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any artwork, logos, or designs you submit for printing.
- By submitting artwork, you confirm that you own or have licensed the rights to reproduce the design.
- We are not liable for any copyright infringement resulting from artwork submitted by customers.
- We reserve the right to decline orders containing content that is offensive, illegal, or violates third-party rights.
Orders & Payment
- All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion.
- Payment is required in full at the time of order placement.
- Prices are listed in USD and do not include applicable taxes or shipping fees unless stated otherwise.
- All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your payment card details.
Turnaround & Shipping
- Turnaround times are estimates and begin after artwork approval. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.
- Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.
- We are not liable for delays due to circumstances beyond our control, including weather, carrier issues, or supply shortages.
Returns & Refunds
- Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final unless there is a defect or error on our part.
- If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.
- Approved refunds or reprints will be issued at our discretion. We do not accept returns for buyer's remorse or incorrect sizing.
Intellectual Property
- All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of MTB Digital Solutions.
- You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission.
- Your submitted artwork remains your property. We only use it to fulfill your orders.
Limitation of Liability
- MTB Digital Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services.
- Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order in question.
- We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the fitness of our products for a particular purpose.
