Timeframes vary by order
Yes. Discounts begin at 25 units and scale automatically at 50, 100, 250, and 500+. For orders over 1,000 units or recurring monthly volume, contact us via the Bulk Orders form for custom pricing.
High-resolution PNG with a transparent background at 300 DPI or higher. PDF (vector) files also print perfectly. Avoid JPEG — the compression artifacts and white backgrounds create halos around your design.
Press at 305°F (150°C) with medium-to-firm pressure for 10–15 seconds. Let cool for 15–20 seconds, then peel cold. For best wash durability, press a second time with parchment paper for 5 seconds. Works on cotton, polyester, and blends.
Yes — you can either upload a pre-built gang sheet (any arrangement on a 22" wide canvas) or let us arrange your individual designs. Self-arranged sheets get priority processing since no layout time is needed.
If your transfer arrives damaged, has a printing defect, or we made an error, we will reprint or refund at no charge. Customer-caused file issues (low resolution, wrong format, incorrect colors) are not covered but we will flag problems before printing when possible.
Currently we ship within the USA and Canada. US orders use DHL Shipping. Canadian orders ship via DHL Shipping (7–14 business days). We are working on expanding to the UK and Australia.
